In fantasy land, all my blood sugars would look like this:
- before breakfast: 101
- after breakfast: 139
- before lunch: 106
- after lunch: 93
- before snack: 107
- after snack: 150
- before dinner: 115
- after dinner: 103
- bedtime: 113
Yes, folks. Those are actual numbers from yesterday. I am soooo pleased. No lows. No super highs. The 150 might have been due to a slightly over-aggressive snack of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups from Halloween.
But still, that day looks fantastic. Can’t wait to have more of those.
